DIKTIO participated as a program partner at the Delphi Economic Forum IV, which took place in Delphi, Central Greece, 28/2-3/3 2019 and organized two panels. The first Panel focused on Africa as a new emerging power and had the honor to host H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of Nigeria and the African Union, the most historic African leader since Nelson Mandela in a conversation with Anna Diamantopoulou and the Ambassador of Algeria to Greece, Dr. Noureddine Bardad-Daidj. Topics discussed included economic development and prosperity, investment prospects, know-how transfer and peace-guarantee, and containment of migratory flows
