On 15/4 DIKTIO, in partnership with the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), organised a Working Breakfast with Pascal Lamy, former Director-General of WTO, as its keynote speaker.
Mr. Lamy highlighted that the evolution of globalisation as a system dominated by geoeconomy to a gradual switch to geopolitics was the result of 3 combining factors: technology, ideology, and power games.
